OVERVIEW: The 2026 Station Casinos “Rip. Pull. Win.” Promotion (the “Promotion”) provides Nevada residents, age 21+, with a fun and free opportunity for a chance to win a collection of premium, collectible football cards. The Promotion proceeds in four (4) separate rounds, each with its own prize opportunities, all as described in more detail below.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to the first 120 legal residents of Nevada who are twenty-one

(21) years of age or older who visit one of the Participating Locations, defined below, and claim a pull-tab card within the specified Promotion Periods (each, an “Eligible Guest”). Employees, officers or directors of Station Casinos LLC (“Sponsor”), Plush Creative Agency LLC, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, or any other advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: All times mentioned within these Official Rules refer to Pacific Time (“PT”). The Promotion begins at 5:15 p.m. on September 10, 2026, and ends at or about 7 p.m. PT on January 17, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”), inclusive of all four (4) rounds and drawings. Each round of the Promotion has its own timeline, participation procedures and prize opportunities, all as described in more detail in the “How to Participate” Rule below.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Participation in each of the four (4) rounds involves different steps and timing as follows:

ROUND 1:

On each Thursday from September 10 through December 31, 2026, starting at 5:15p.m. PT, and ending at approximately 7:30 p.m. PT (each a “Weekly Participation Period”), the first 120 eligible Nevada residents to visit and request a pull-tab card from a Promotion staff member (look for them near the Promotion display(s) in the STN Sports Book area) at any of the following seven (7) Station Casinos locations: Durango Casino & Resort; Green Valley Ranch; Red Rock Resort Casino Spa; Boulder Station Hotel & Casino; Palace Station Hotel & Casino; Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino; or Sunset Station Hotel & Casino (each a “Participating Location”) could win a chance to advance to Round 2. Odds of receiving a pull-tab card at any Participating Location depend on the number and arrival timing of eligible people requesting a pull-tab card at that Participating Location. Limit one (1) pull-tab card per person per Thursday, regardless of how many times an eligible person visits a Participating Location during Round 1 Weekly Participation Period. Any attempt to seek more than one (1) pull-tab card during any Weekly Participation Period is grounds for disqualification. If fewer than 120 eligible Nevada residents request a pull-tab card during a given Thursday at a Participating Location, only the number of cards requested will be distributed at that Participating Location on that Thursday.

a. Participation: Upon receipt from a Promotion Staff member, eligible person will gently pull the concealed area on their Round 1 pull-tab card to reveal whether a prize has been won or not. There are two possible outcomes when the pull-tab is revealed:

i. win a free beverage (valued at approximately at $5.00), or

ii. win an opportunity to open a collector-card bag (a “Grab Bag”) in Round 2

Odds of receiving a free beverage (60 available per Weekly Participation Period per Participating Location) are approximately 1:2, and odds of receiving entry into Round 2 are approximately 1:2. A maximum of sixty (60) eligible Nevada residents will be entitled to proceed to Round 2 at each Participating Location during each Weekly Participation Period. If fewer than one hundred and twenty (120) eligible Nevada residents request a pull-tab card at any Participating Location on any given Thursday, the number of persons entitled to proceed to Round 2 at that Participating Location on that Thursday may be fewer than sixty (60). Unclaimed spots in Round 2 will not be awarded.

ii) ROUND 2: Each person entitled to proceed to Round 2 at each Participating Location during each Weekly Participation Period will be given the opportunity, during that same Weekly Participation Period on that same Thursday, to receive one (1) of sixty (60) Grab Bags available at the Participating Location, each containing a pack of football-themed collector cards (valued at approximately at $5.00).

*All pack values are based on current retail price for the pack. No representation or warranty is made as to value(s) of any card(s) within any pack(s), all of which are subject to change based on market conditions over time, as well as player identity, rarity, condition, and collector demand.

Each Grab Bag will contain one (1) pack of collector cards per the chart above, plus one (1) entry ticket to participate in Round 3 of the Promotion for an opportunity to be selected to participate in a Round 4 Grand Prize drawing (see details below).

iii) ROUND 3: A maximum of sixty (60) persons from each Participating Location for each Weekly Participation Period will proceed to Round 3.

a. Round 3 - Drawing #1: For each Participating Location, Drawing #1 will occur on or about Saturday, October 24, 2026, from among the Round 3 entrants advancing from Round 2 at that Participating Location during the first seven (7) Weekly Participation Periods (September 10, 2026 to October 22, 2026), for a maximum total of four hundred twenty (420) entrants in Drawing #1 (i.e., up to sixty (60) entrants from each applicable Weekly Participation Period at the applicable Participating Location).

b. Round 3 - Drawing #2: For each Participating Location, Drawing #2 will occur on or about Saturday, January 2, 2027, from among the Round 3 entrants advancing from Round 2 at that Participating Location during the last ten (10) Weekly Participation Periods (October 29, 2026 to December 31, 2026), for a maximum total of six hundred (600) entrants in Drawing #2 (i.e., up to sixty (60) entrants from each applicable Weekly Participation Period at the applicable Participating Location).

Each Drawing will select two (2) Round 3 entrants from the applicable Participating Location to be eligible to proceed to the Round 4 Grand Prize Drawing (see details below). The odds of being selected in drawing #1 are approximately 1:210, and in drawing #2 are approximately 1:300.

While a person might have more than one entry into Round 3 from multiple weeks at the same Participating Location and/or from different weeks at different Participating Locations, there is a limit of one (1) entry per eligible entrant into each of the two separate Round 4 Grand Prize drawings. A maximum of fourteen (14) persons will be selected from each Round 3 drawing to proceed into the associated Round 4 Grand Prize drawing (see details below).

Each Round 3 entrant selected for eligibility to proceed into a Round 4 Grand Prize Drawing may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”) prior to being declared eligible for Round 4 participation. If any selected Round 3 entrant fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents within the time specified by Sponsor, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate Round 3 entrant may be selected to proceed to the applicable Round 4 Grand Prize Drawing, time permitting.

For each Round 3 entrant selected for eligibility to proceed into a Round 4 drawing, Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check, should you be selected in Round 3. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Round 3 entrant to proceed into the applicable Round 4 drawing, time permitting. If a selected Round 3 entrant has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor or any of the Promotion Entities, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, such entrant may be disqualified and an alternate Round 3 entrant may be selected to proceed to Round 4.

iv) ROUND 4: Round 4 consists of two (2) Drawings. Participants must be present to win. A maximum of fourteen (14) persons from each Round 3 drawing will proceed to Round 4.

a. Round 4 - Drawing #1: Drawing #1 will occur on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at the Rip Zone Display at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino STN Sports Book area from among the maximum of fourteen (14) persons selected as winners in Drawing #1 of Round 3.

b. Round 4 - Drawing #2: Drawing #2 will occur on or about January 17, 2027, at the Rip Zone Display at Red Rock Resort Casino Spa STN Sports Book area from among the maximum of fourteen (14) persons selected as winners in Drawing #2 of Round 3.

Each Round 4 Drawing will have two (2) Grand Prize winners. Each selected entrant must be present to participate. The Grand Prize is a 2020 Panini National Treasure Hobby Box collection of premium collectible football cards (see details below). All other Round 4 Drawing entrants who were not selected to receive a Grand Prize will receive a single premium football-themed collector card with an estimated retail value of two hundred dollars ($200). All card values are based on current retail price for the card. No representation or warranty is made as to value of any card, which is subject to change based on market conditions over time, as well as player identity, rarity, condition, and collector demand.

4. PRIZES: Other than the two (2) Grand Prize available in each of the two (2) Round 4 drawings, selection of all cards and packs are in Sponsor’s discretion, subject to the approximate retail values identified above. Each Grand Prize will be in the form of a 2020 Panini National Treasure Hobby Box. The Panini National Treasure Hobby Box contains eight (8) premium football collection cards, with a current retail value of six thousand seven hundred dollars ($6,700 USD). Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person; the winner of the Grand Prize in the first drawing in Round 4 will not be eligible for the second drawing in Round 4. No representation or warranty is made as to value of any individual card, which is subject to change based on market conditions over time, as well as player identity, rarity, condition, and collector demand. Any stated value for any card or pack is based on the current retail price for that card or pack. PANINI® is a trademark of Panini S.p.A., which is not a sponsor of or associated in any way with Sponsor or this Promotion.

Only the prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and no substitutions are offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute any prize or prize component of comparable value if any advertised prize or any component thereof becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes before the Grand Prize will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize Winner. If, as a result of printing, technical, or other errors, more potential winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the prizes set forth in these Official Rules, the winner(s) of the advertised prize may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making such claims. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: With the exception of the two drawings in Round 3, winner selection and notification in each Round will occur at the live event at the applicable Participating Location described in the “How to Enter” rule above (or the location designated above for the applicable drawing in Round 4). For each Round 3 drawing, the potential winners will be notified using contact information collected from the applicable entrant at the time of becoming eligible for Round 3. No liability is assumed for any Round 3 notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any Round 3 entrant for any reason. Failure to respond to any Round 3 notification within two (2) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Round 3 entrant for eligibility to proceed to Round 4.

6. ADDITIONAL RULES: Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promotion judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances. Participation in the Promotion and/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes the entrant’s consent for use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration.

Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. This Promotion is subject to any dispute resolution prescribed by Nevada Revised Statutes 463.361 et seq. and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A. Persons who have been trespassed or otherwise banned from gambling at any Station Casinos’ property or who have requested self-limited status from all Station Casinos’ properties are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Station Casinos LLC and any of its affiliated companies may exclude anyone from participating in the promotion for any or no reason, at management’s sole discretion including but not limited to those who are identified as an “advantage player”. In order to be eligible to participate in any promotion, all outstanding credit or balances may be required to be paid in full prior to the start of the promotion. See Player Services for details. Employees of Station Casinos LLC, and its licensed gaming subsidiaries (including Wildfire Gaming and Tavern Divisions) and members of their immediate household are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion. In the event an employee or member of their immediate household wins a prize, that prize will be forfeited.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, you release the Promotion Entities from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize, and you agree that the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada,

without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.

9. WINNER LIST: For the name of the Grand Prize winner in each of the separate Round 4 drawings, available approximately two (2) business days after the date for the applicable Round 4 drawing, please send an email to events@plushcalv.com with the subject line “Rip. Pull. Win. Promotion Grand Prize Winners.” Be sure to specify which drawing(s) you are asking about. Grand Prize winner name requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
